Hi, I am Tom Brooks, a junior student athlete at St. Joseph’s

University, majoring in Accounting.

I am interested in securing a business or accounting internship for the summer of 2014, and have designed this website to make it easy for prospecitve employers to access my resume, qualifications and contact information.  I am available from May 12, until about August 1, as I am due to report for soccer camp shortly thereafter.

 

In my attached resume, I have mainly highlighted my soccer career, choosing to focus my time on earning a sports scholarship, rather than waiting tables or cutting grass.  In fact, it has paid off and I have been awarded both academic and athletic scholarships at Saint Joe’s and I continue to work hard at both.  Currently my GPA is about 3.5 / 4.0.  In my sophmore year, I was also awarded the Andrew Wallace '96 Memorial Scholarship for academic performance and also made the Atlantic 10 and SJU deans list in 2012 and 2013.
